Alan Srader, President

Alan has been in the Ironworkers Union local 433 for over ten years and is still an active member. He has worked on many projects ranging from field fabrication and erection to architecturally exposed structural steel, ornate steel, railings, stairs, fencing and the list goes on.

Alan quickly moved up the ranks, becoming a foreman overseeing a variety of projects while still being hands on in the field.  In 2018, Alan decided to open his own company. Alan is proud to be a Union Ironworker and Business Owner being able to bring employment opportunities to the community and his ironworker brothers and sisters.
